I'm almost sure I read somewhere that it is now a criminal offence when an NRP with a DEO in place fails to inform the CSA of a change of employer (CSA2) in order to evade paying child support.

Is there any truth in this?

You asked the question you were answered even when you expanded on the question later on

As i said before if you want more legal help go to Nacsa (www.nacsa.co.uk)

  • Good!! I did ask for the thread to be closed, both within the post and by sending an email but so far it's still open and so long as others are posting and either putting words in my mouth or making assumptions, I will use my right to reply. If a question is asked, I will answer it. I don't want legal advice thank you, and am fully aware of NACSA - a great cause but I'm sure NACSA would be far from impressed with my signing up to ask one question to find a piece of legislation - it is not the reason they exist, they exist to take on people's cases and fight for them.
