Low pressure in the pipes

There seems to be two problems. Is there hot water, does it flow fast enough.
If you turn on the hot tap in the kitchen, is it hot enough and is the flow adequate.
If yes, then the problem is between the boiler and the bath hot tap. Either a pipe blockage or something wrong with the tap. I would strip the tap first and replace the washer inside. If this does not improve matters, I would remove tap where it connects to the 22mm copper pipe, attach some flexible hose (the type with an isolation valve) and then turn back on water supply.
If no, then the problem is most likely in the boiler. Possibles are diverter valve or blocked secondary heat exchanger. There may be others. Check the fault finding guide at the back of the manufacturers instructions ( about 50 pages download from their website)
I am assuming that you have checked that no-one has turned off isolation valves to boiler on cold water inlet or at bath tap(if fitted)0 -
28i doesn't have a diverter valve.
If it was just the hot taps then I would first check the inlet filter in the cold mains connection on the boiler, then the flow switch and flow limiter, followed by the main HE.
As the cold taps seem affected as well, makes this a bit more confusing.0 -
"Cold in kitchen isn't as good as it was" It might be an idea to check that your internal stop c o c k is a) open and b) doesn't have a load of carp in it. Now may be the time to access your water suppliers stop c o c k in the road!

The two plumbers replaced the stop c o c k, so looks like that parts been eliminated as an issue.0 -
By no means has this been eliminated. It still may not be open properly and it still might be full of carp. The OPs response on this might be advantageous. The two plumbers replaced the stop c o c k, so looks like that parts been eliminated as an issue.

The husband inspected the kitchen this morning and came to the conclusion that the plumbers had replaced the stopcock connecting to the outside tap rather than the inside stopcock :T Now the "looking for another pipe inside the house" bit makes more sense somewhat. Plumber no. 3 is due to visit this afternoon, we live in hope.
Apologies for wasting everybody's time if that's the case
Keep calm and carry on0
