Quidco and Firefox

I have no problems signing into Quidco using Internet Explorer. However, when I try to sign in using Firefox, I have problems.
I contacted quidco and was told to add them to my "Allowed Sites" under Pop-up blocker, which I did, but still no luck.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Been using Firefox and Quidco for years, never had a problem. It's not in my list of sites that allow popups either. What's the exact issue you're having?0

Could be cookie related, are you blocking cookies by default in Firefox? What version of Firefox are you using?0

I cannot log in using Firefox since they moved to the new site layout.
The drop down box appears, I enter the details then nothing happens. If I enter the details incorrectly then I get an error page, so the details are obviously being sent.
If I look in the Firefox error console the page generates a lot of errors.
It's quite annoying but I just use TCB these days.0 -
zenmaster, clear ALL your firefox, including saved passwords. Uncheck "save passwords" in the firefox options (assuming you remember them for later use), then clear cache fully and try.
If you have something like noscript addon - disable it for quidco site.0 -
I can use it fine with firefox0

I have the same prob with Quidco and FF 3.6. The site works fine in IE but it doesn't allow me to sign in at all with FF, regardless of cache/cookies/saved passwords.
It worked perfectly with the old layout.0 -
reset/clear your cookies is my suggestion to this
good luck0
