Was changing the cat on my VW which had corroded clean through. Couldn't get the bolts needed online so went to them to buy some. They gave me the 3 required. Later on trying to get what was left of its tail pipe out of the intermediate pipe spigot there was no way it would come out. I took it to them and they had it straight up on the lift, oxy applied and swung on the adjustable grips for at least 2 minutes. No way I could have done that and they didn't want payment.
