Hi
We are looking to refit our en-suite and have chosen the following items:-
Merlyn Sereis 8 Shower Enclosure
Hansgrohe Showerpipe Shower
Duravit Basin & WC
Roper Rhodes Mirrored Cabinet
Unless of course somebody can give me a good reason to avoid any of the above items!
Can anybody in the trade give me an idea to what sort of maximum discounts I should be able to negotiate on these items?
Cheers
Paul

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response, a bit better than I've been offered but not too far off the mark. Is your local merchant an independent or UK wide?
Cheers

Just wanted to say we bought a roper rhodes mirrored cabinet and their service is great. The door was broken before installation and a quick call meant we got a replacement delivered for only £35. A local glazier had quoted £50 for the glass alone.0

Should have been return to suppliers, Being charged for damage is not good CS
Last roper rhodes cabinet we fitted was damaged in various places, returned and replaced FOCHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
I don't see why they should replace FOC it was damaged by the builders so they had to pay. If a business gives free parts to customers when the customer has damaged it then other (more careful) customers have to pay extra. The fact it was a reasonable price and arrived quickly was good service in my opinion. I'm not after something for nothing just good service.Should have been return to suppliers, Being charged for damage is not good CS
