How much space to fit a dishwasher?

Hi everyone

We would like to fit a dishwasher (preferable a Bosch Loggix) in a narrow utility room which is 125cm wide. Can someone advise how much space the door needs to open fully? It looks as if it might be a little tight even using an integrated model.

My integrated dishwasher measures 117 cm from the wall when open, 58 cm when shut. Is it far from the dishwasher to the cupboards? Might get a bit annoying having to wander around the house with all the clean / dirty dishes and cutlery!

Thanks IC - that helps a lot.

We did an extension open kitchen diner with a narrow utility running the length of the kitchen on the side. The utility has the main sink, dishwasher, drawers, and a row of wall units as well as the laundry at the other end. There will be a round smaller sink in the main kitchen for washing veg, etc. and storage cupboards in both areas.

We have a Bosch Logixx (not integrated), the door comes out 59cm from the body of the machine when open.
