Paint won't stick to wall...

We had a wall in our kitchen replastered a few weeks ago-since then the paint has been peeling off in big flakes-it looks like 'bubbles of air' to start with then the paint lifts away. Today we sanded the paint off and repainted the wall-now cracks have appeared in the freshly painted area within a few hours-any ideas as to what could be causing this and what can we do to stop it happening? Tia
PS the wall appears dry underneath the paint

It would appear that you haven't sealed the new plaster. New plaster sucks all olf the moisture out of the paint when first applied. You need to scrape off as much paint as possible. Then seal the plaster with a MATT emulsion mixed with water to a 50:50 ratio. This will seal the plaster and you can then paint over it as normal.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
