Anyone had a mortgage from these? How long did it take from applying to receiving an offer?
Been told this morning by my mortgage broker it could be anything from 4-12 weeks until I get an offer. Sounds a long time.

yeah it is about right but mine took longer they lost paperwork from my employer by the time that was sorted out i had to wait for an another offer all in all took 16 weeks.0

The average with Northern Rock is approx 3-6 weeks based on the last 10 cases I have submitted to them.

We got our formal offer two days after survey.We initially applied online got the paperwork three days later sent it straight back,got the survey done 48 hours later got the offer about 9 days in total.0

I got mine thru Halifax and it took no longer than 3 days after the mortgage valuer had been & valued.Danielle -x-:p0
