Insulation hoods for spotlights.

Can anyone recommend hoods for spotlights so I can have insulation in my loft. I need 14 of them.
I know people say you don't need them as loft insulation is fire retardant, but I'd like them for peace of mind.

just tear the insulation back local to the hole where the lights are??
or get yourself some alluminium tube/ flue liner, c ut to 10 inch lengths pop over the fitting from above and insulate up to it ?

Also I understand there may be someone who sells the hoods on ebay, can anyone recommend a seller?
