Can you still reclaim charges?

I have been thinking about doing this for a while, but my colleague at work told me recently that you can no longer do it. Something about the law changing. Is that correct?

Your colleague is wrong in so many ways. e.g. There has been no recent change in the law regarding the reclaiming of bank charges ... just a clarification of the existing law.;)"Now to trolling as a concept. ....
