Help with hotmail please

My friend is trying to log into her hotmail accounts she has two, and she is putting her password in then it says, the windows live network is unavailable from this site, this site may be experiencing a problem or this site might not be a member of the live network, we cant understand why as we are both in work and mine is working.....
can anyone help

Sys admins have spotted you and they're toying with them
Get them to try refreshing the page, it sometimes does this and gives a temporary error.

no we are not going through a proxy server, work is fine with it and I can get on my hotmail, so we will try refreshing thanksSam B0 -
