Changin car tax help needed.

Hi everyone I have a bit of an issue with my car tax that I need some help with.
Last year I was responsable for driving my disabled sister to and from all of her appointments and she came to live with me for a while, because of this I changed my motor tax to disabled which was fairly straight forward.
She has now moved out and has other ways of getting to her appointments and I want to change the tax back to able bodied but I have no idea how, they can't do it at the post office and the V10 states that I can't do it through the DVLA at swansea either, very confused so can anyone help??

    IIRC you must go into a DVLA office with the V5, they should change the tax disc and a new V5 with taxation class change will be sent to you in the post.
