Sorry to bump, but do you know instantly if you have won a bed linen set? or is the message at the end to say you haven't won the conservatory? Do you get an email about the bed linen or would you know straight away? x

you do get an email, when i got mine, first time i entered code it said sorry you haven't won, next time i entered it told me i'd been entered into the draw, then i got a wem a few hours later.
on a similar subject, my friend tried to print my wem out yesterday, but it would only print the airwick logo, and none of the email text, anyone else had this problem?

Thanks, I have been entering 5 times a day for 4 days now and not had any of them say I have been entered into the draw, so will keep trying x

I had a similar unusual message. I think it said something like if you've won we will notify you by e-mail and then a day later I got an email.

Before that I would get the sorry message and you can enter up to 5 times a day. When I first saw the 'strange' message I thought they'd changed their terms to once a day only but seems not.

After days of trying and getting the 'sorry you have not won' message, I just got the message about being entered into the draw. Have most people that got this ended up winning or is there still a high chance of not winning?

I got that message and then an email came through within a few days saying I'd won.
