wow, no milk at all. I might have to give this one a miss, it doesn't sound appealing, did it taste nice?

well, it's not as yummy as a proper cooked from scratch one with milk, more cheese etc, but it's half the price of this:

which I've found an acceptable quick dinner when I've needed one, I used to have it in the early weeks after Fergie was born and no-one was up for any cooking!!!!
The milk-less cheese sauce was nicer than those packets, IMHO!

How about vegetable stock from a cube instead of water in the cheese sauce, do we have that on the Asda list? I use vegetable bouillon powder instead of salt in all sorts - makes lovely potato wedges! :D

I don't think I can do wedges and the salad with it if I add a stock cube firefox, sorry :( but is a v good suggestion taste-wise!

Whilst you're on, you were talking about omegas 3 and 6 which I haven't paid attention to at all yet :o

Could you do me a favour and have a glance over the currentish asda list and let me know what sources we do have on there if any :o:rotfl:
