I recently needed a piece of door trim (not a rubbing strip) and found someone on ebay who was breaking an identical car to mine. A picture of the item on the other side of the car, making it clear it was the other side(!), proved invaluable with identification.
A successful negotiation saved a bomb on the manufacturers ridiculously inflated price.0 -
