Has anyone had any dealings with Nest Egg Homes as we are looking to go into a scheme called Rent to Own with them and want to know how the scheme works and if everything is okay with this lettings agency?

they are from Teesside ........... they changed their name from Snail Homes, who used to be a quick house buying company
I presume they are now flogging the housing portfolio they built up when they were a quick house sale company.
Nothing dodgy about them at all.i buy houses ........... any condition.0 -
I can vouch for Nest Egg, they are not dodgy.
I have no connection to them at all, a 100% impartial review.i buy houses ........... any condition.0 -
My partner looked into using this company, they are very good salesmen and i am sure they have helped others out if they have been desperate for a home. However they were not the firm for us and there were too many ifs and buts for my liking along with only being told what we wanted to hear and other information being kept from us. I'm not prepared to go into detail on here but if anyone wants more details then i am happy to do so via pm.
I would steer clear, all you are doing is renting from them0 -
There's nothing inherently dodgy about the concept of 'rent to own' - there are a few companies offering it in Scotland.
Basically seems to be companies trying to offload overpriced (in my opinion) new build properties with a discount if you rent for a year.0 -
I (rented to buy) from nest egg homes for 2 years, i have lost thousands. they protect the house sellers not the potential rent to buyers beware and avoid0
