remove gloss paint.

hope ive put this question in the right place.
does anyone have any ideas how i can remove gloss paint from a blind.
window cill wasnt quite dry tried putting a bind up and have got a few bits on the bottom of blind.
its brand new purple blind and of course the gloss is white.
thought i would ask on here before i have to go and buy a new one.

If it is a non material blind it should be easy to scrape off with your nail or lightly with a scourer.
(found on google) Material - If the paint is a latex based paint, it is water based and at times you can put a ice cube over the spot and leave it for about 4 to 5 minutes and the paint (the water) will be able to break up. If it is oil based it is impossible to remove without damaging.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j
