Tesco put up prices by 1433%

I went to buy the value shortbread in Tesco today its usually 9p and the price had risen to £1.29!!! Thought it was a wrong shelf edge label and checked it at the self scan and promptly put it back!
that's a 1433% increase!!!!!!!
Every little helps ???? Robbers. Wonder how many other prices are on the up up up?

Fig Rolls were 59p last week, this week they were £1!

I'm sure in 2 weeks they will be in a "Price Cut" and down to 89p or summit like that!

They did this with the curry sauce think it was from 9p to 1.09 about 18 months ago!

went yesterday and was 9p for me, also got tinned curry sauce for 4p and frozen value lasagnes for 21p each, took them all lol

sorry never in debt, was so stunned i just had to share what i had come across. Am truely reprimanded and will try to do better next time.

Today stores have them scanning at 9p today ( Newtownbreda and Connswater)...although the sel is 29p! i wondered what would happen if i tried the reverse double the difference and had taken them to cservice? Anyway just in time as i wanted them as i have to serve tea and coffee for 800 next week and this will keep costs way down. Thanks for reducing them again just in time Mr T, you must have heard my rant :j Sorry though to anyone desperate for a finger and you would be advised to try other stores for a day or 2 as i cleared the shelves.

cant believe this, its madness, they are back up to 29p. Do you think it goes by days of the week or alternate days.
