Just posted this on other post, but you could try this link (copy and paste it) for weekday tickets as it allows you to order 2 adults and 2 children. As mentioned in other post, be careful to fill in correct tel no as you need the last 4 digits of this to retrieve the tickets via the email link.

Thanks, haven't been to the show for years due to cost
Really looking forward to it now.

    PRINT-AT-HOME
We will send you an email with a link so that you can print your tickets out at home. Simply print them out on A4 paper with an inkjet or laser printer (colour or black and white) and present them at the show.

Children under 16 do require a ticket which should be requested at the time of booking. Must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Try clearing cookies then try again (let us know if you don't know how to do that, will try to help). Or do you have a pop up blocker? wonder if that could be a problem.

I know it is confusing, I didn't know what any of them meant, but I just took and chance and selected 2 from the MYDECCO drop down box and 2 from the Child U 16 free ticket. I then got a screen to fill in my details and confirm booking. I did this. I persume the forces tickets are for forces staff and require id. After about 10 mins I received an email with a link to go to print out my tickets. I had 4 a pages each with a bar code on them which says valid for any weekday admission, it does not ask for anything extra (e.g. a voucher etc) apart from your id. I got the orginal page by mistake when I tried to book the evening standard offer and pressed the back button. I can go during the week before Easter when the kids are on holiday, as will be off work and just thought it would be less busy then than during the Evening Standard offer dates.

    Thanks MrsE

Also anyone that is paying to take extra people, if there are any disabled people in your party a carer can get in free as well.
Looks like that only applies if you are buying at least one ticket (for the disabled person) on the door, not if the disabled person is using a free ticket.

    Ticket Concessions
Tickets prices for registered disabled visitors are as per the standard ticket prices, however one carer per disabled visitor can enter for free when purchasing tickets on the door.
