Don't give up, it takes a while but gets there eventually. I had to order twice also to get 2 adult tickets, but children's are free also...

I saw this on HUKD and got 4 weekday tickets, by going via this link (copy and paste). Allows you 2 adult tickets and 2 kids tickets. Also make sure you put in the correct tel no or remember the tel no if you do not like them to have yor correct one, as to print tickets you need the last 4 digits of your tel no.

Just posted this on other post, but you could try this link (copy and paste it) for weekday tickets as it allows you to order 2 adults and 2 children. As mentioned in other post, be careful to fill in correct tel no as you need the last 4 digits of this to retrieve the tickets via the email link.
