NOT Triton.

My parents had problems with a Triton electric shower.

I had a Triton mixer & the thermostat failed after 2 years.
Luckily it had a 5 year guarantee. However, after I waited for 4 hours for their service technician to turn up, the tw*t did not have a spare thermostat in the van. So I had to take another 4 hours off work for him to visit again.
Apparently it's common practice not to carry the right spares, so the technician can collect 2 call out fees.

My second Triton mixer is on its way out after about 3 years.

AGREE! NOT Triton, our 'Inscriptions' doesn't work, was having final fix today and the machines faulty/one of the buttons. Wickes said to bring it back after I mentioned it didn't work on the wall, plumber did, then Wickes said they couldn't exchange as it has been fitted and Triton won't have an engineer out until a week Thursday. 11 days without a shower. !!!!!!.
