Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Northern Rock Mortgage Review people. They've3 been helpful and prompt! I know banks are usually rubbish but they have surprised and delighted me!:beer:

Thanks for that, my husband and I have just bought a new house and our mortgage will be with the Northern Rock and we were sceptical but hearing off people like you makes us feel so much more at ease, we used to be with the Halifax but changed to the Northern Rock because they offered us so much more choice.:cool:
