Can anyone help - I have received my 8 week letter from the Ulster bank - I was intending to use the Human story claim - I am in financial difficulty but I haven't used the Ulster Bank since 2007 - the account is still open though! Can I still claim using this route then?

My understanding from what Martin has said on the reclaim thread is that it is financial hardship and the FOS have not changed one iota since the SC decision with regards to how they deal with those claims. If the account is not being used then I would doubt they would look at it.0
