Kia auto gerbox problem
I have a Magentis 2.5 V6 auto and recently the engine management light has started to come on and the car drop into 3rd gear. It then stay's like that untill I turn the car of and restart it. As it happens randomly does anyone have any idea's what might be wrong ?
Temp or length of time running veries so much I wondered if it was a loose connection. I have checked the fluid levls and topped them up The only other thing I wondered was maybe a service as the oil is very dark and I don't know when it was last done.

Sounds like there's a problem with the engine and the ECU is putting the car into limp home mode in 3rd gear.The man without a signature.0
