Shop had wrong description of laptop

Hi
I bought a laptop in Comet a few weeks ago. The description of the laptop in the shop said it had a webcam. I have just tried to use it there, and realised it does not have a webcam............ Does this qualify for a refund? I know it doesnt seem that big a deal, but I am going to be using a webcam alot and do not want a big clumpy thing attached to the top of my screen. I would not have bought the laptop if it did not have a webcam.... Annoyin.

well sounds fair enough to me they said it had something and it doesnt but only problem you got is proving it unless they still advertising it in shop or online with webcam?
i would go check online first then back to the store where you got it from and ask straight for the manager no point speaking to the monkeys as they wont be authorise the refund and will end up taking twice as long.0
