I post a new comp every day - each day you can enter 5 times per phone number. So if you have a landline and a mobile, you can enter 5 times with each.

The Loose Women, Mr and Mrs etc, are weekly comps, so can be entered 5 times per phone number once a week.

This Morning is slightly different, they normally have one competition to last a whole week, but sometimes they will do like Real Deal, and do a daily comp.

No, you can enter each competition 5 times per phone number.

The whole "per day" thing relates to the fact that there is a different Real Deal competition each day, not that you can enter each one daily.
