There has been some interesting exchanges on here as of late on the subject of Free Advice & Fee Chargers etc.
Here is a fairly recent independent report that covers this area.

IVAs & bankruptcy are covered and other routes that may eventually lead to these two solutions.
A fairly comprehensive report but nevertheless very interesting in our opinion.
