    Hi there

And yes one SAR for say for example your bank, they should supply all the info on one SAR of all your accounts you hold or have held with them, with a payment of £10 postal order or cheque payment by 40 days.

Thanks di for reply in private, tried to send message more than once thinking i'd lost them or sent them back to myself.Hope you didn't get overloaded!Regarding SAR to RBS,should I send request to PPI team in Manchester or address i,ve found that mentions Data protection for address in Gogarburn,Edinburgh.I want to gather everything I can before I present my case and be as accurate as possible. Many of the loans were discussed over the phone prior to forms being signed so if there is recordings of these, will they be included. As there is a potential to reclaim quite a lot back, it's a fraction of whats been paid over the years so I want to supply as much info for accuracy as possible(memory alone will not produce enough).Remember things said but which loans they apply to & specific timelines of loan terms are confusing because dates are missing on much of the paperwork i currently have.Records of phone conversations would be valuable in making claim so the wording in making SAR is important. Suggestions!!!:TAppreciations!!!:T

Your welcome hun :D that is fine, so not to worry okay. X:A

Right if they do have a data dept then yes post to them, if you can try to get proof of the delivery from within the post office as well to make sure it reaches them, then keep an eye on those 40 days they have.

Sometimes disc recordings are sent, but otherwise written transcripts of telephone calls and the discussions etc, they vary from one bank to the other.

Hopefully the SAR will supply all you require to support your complaint.;)

lmao, what are you like?:rotfl::rotfl:, don't worry I do get my days......most days :o:rotfl::D.

Any copies of calls made I think Jan 2005 onwards are supposed to be sent by either written transcript form or a disc, so not all supplies the discs, with one of mine I was actually sent written transcripts of conversations as from the late 90's which did help.;)
