Hi I want to book tickets for the Lion King, going in May, and would like to know if anyone could recommend any particular seats to try to get or even avoid? I know to use http://www.theatremonkey.com/LYCEUMbooking.htm#Th
but just wondered if anyone had anything to add. Do not really want to pay OTT.
Many Thanks

IIRC I was sitting in the front row of the upper circle, although the first few rows would be fine. It gives you a really good overview of what is going on, can see the animals in the boxes as well as everything that is going on on stage. You can't clearly see the detail that goes into the masks and costumes, but you can buy a programme if you want to see close ups.0

We sat right at the back (top tier) and the view was great - could not see everything close up but we saw all of the show and stage perfectly so was really happy with them (was al that was left when we booked). If you want something special go for a box and you get a couple of 'animals' in there at the start and after the interlude.0

Last time I took the kids to go see this we were in the Stalls, mid to the right. Good view. If you are on a budget, make sure you don't go to cheap and get view restricted seats.I'm an addict to as many freebies as possible!0 -

The program does not have pictures in it, I was gutted.
My preference would be fore the stalls, any, but about 5 rows from the front would be idea.0
