hi all, had loan with lloyds tsb in june 2005 with lpi. this loan was front loaded loan payment 125.56 lpi 23.79 a month over 48 months at 9.9%. paid loan off after 29 months didnt recieve rebate as i claimed due to redundancy can i still claim for miss selling of lpi. can anyone tell me how it is worked out. many thanks.

With your reasons you have then you have the right to reclaim the PPI, interest and 8% interest of what a court would award for being deprived of your money.
It makes no difference if your account is settled or not.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond.
For more info on reclaiming with the guidelines, template letters, a checklist of mis selling reasons, whatever else applies to you on the checklist then write them as well.

Do not worry at this time about writing the amounts in the letter, if successful they should supply them to you as a detailed written breakdown.
