Avoid like the plague folks. This time they're called IAP Global. The article linked to states that they source property from "distressed developers and individual landlords." Presumably they consult their database of previous customers to find the latter.

I can't believe these people are back. Though I suppose as soon as the market shows any sign of increase methods of multi-purchase will come back to light.
I second OP - Please please avoid like the plague. Read the article carefully as it gives information on how they can 'help' youi in great detail.
Clutton - Is there any specific info you are looking for? I dealt with Inside Track when I worked for another company but as I had nothing to do with property I managed to speak to the employees quite regularly with them being quite open. PM me with specifics if you want and I'll try to see if I can help.0 -
Maybe we could make this the official thread where people keep posting information about IAP Global, so warning signs come up to those searching on Google.Been away for a while.0

This is why I am not in business. I would never have the brass neck to pull these kind of stunts ... continually misleading the ill-informed with over-hyped opportunities, banking the wonga, going bankrupt ... then starting again... repeatedly.
