If there are two wins on a card do I need to send off two separate SAE's to get two claim numbers, or just one as it is the same card ?
Thanks0 -
You can only claim for one prize per card.0

I may well be wrong then.
I do know one claim number is valid for a single use, so if you can claim twice on one card you'd need two unique claim numbers, so 2 SASE's
Perhaps contact them through their Facebook Page (clubcreative) and ask.0 -
Does anyone know the prizes for M656A? Thanks0

Have i a winner amongst these.
Thank you.0 -
Run a search of this thread with the card numbers to see if a prize list has been posted.
If not, looks like you'll need to go the postal route yourself to obtain said lists.0 -
So I have the M656B card, and have won twice (2 matching Trees and 3 matching Pencils).
As above, I can claim just one (the 3 matching pencils), so I am just writing the letters and will send in the post.
I did notice in the OP that it now says to avoid as you can no longer win on these - is this true?
Also, it says on the back of card in the terms and conditions "To claim prizes with specified value £500+ email: support@purelycreative.com. Should I email rather than send a letter?
Also, with the first 2 letters (asking for claim info and no spam), do I send the card as well or keep that for my records?
Thanks.0 -

Every card has two and three matching symbols, it doesn't mean you've won unfortunately - you only know by cross referencing with the prize list.I did notice in the OP that it now says to avoid as you can no longer win on these - is this true?
You can still win these. Also, it says on the back of card in the terms and conditions "To claim prizes with specified value £500+ email: support@purelycreative.com. Should I email rather than send a letter?
No don't email, that information isn't for this stage. They'll likely just reply telling you to phone (don't do that!).Also, with the first 2 letters (asking for claim info and no spam), do I send the card as well or keep that for my records?
No don't send the card with your first two letters, this bit's just to get the prize list and claim number - if you've won you send it in after.0 -
Thank you so much for the super fast response - very much appreciated. I will send the letters off today, and expect to get a claim number in the next month.
I will report back to keep everyone posted.0
