    Humph went to new running shop (opened a week ago) and they dont have anything in extra small - sorry I thought runners were meant to skinny !!!!!!!!

    But stopped in S'bury's on the way home and got nice food and smoothies :D

  • Any walkers/runners know wher I can buy a personal alarm from? The police believe there to be some not nice characters living in the woods snatching kids. The same woods I run/walk around/through :eek: As you can guess no dog walking/runs have happened this week. I guess when I restart it will be back to week 1, boo hoo, although I can try week three and see how I get on I suppose, I cant have gone back that far in 6 days can I Shrug_by_melonhead_emotion.gif

    Pap, I've always had 6 day periods of not running, once a fortnight in fact. You might not progress at the same rate as someone who goes out 3 times a week or more, but you wont slip backwards. Can you do some walking in the meantime? Or run elsewhere? Your safety is the most important thing.

    Pap - they are advertised everywhere - 'it screams' one think from M & S, but you can also get them from the police I think as my mum got one when she was broken into...
