Hi al , well to round off my rubbish weeks holiday I have woke up with a stonkin cold - I don't get colds so I'm sure its actually man flu (hear the swine flu crisis is over now ).

Managed to get out for most of day anyway as freind needed moral support in PC World and then we went shopping , but I was very restrained :)

    Today my efforts have been
    • Rang potential employer about job , advert was vague on qualifications and he's checking with HR if I can be squeezed in as they never considered someone with my qualifications might apply - I really want that job .
    • Had a cheap lunch at shopping centre , I can only eat one meal a day so thats me until tommorow.:o
    • Checked banks , all okay.
    • Done a couple of interesting surveys
    • Entered competitions
    • Heating off while out , dd in but also poorly and warm enough in bed.
    • washing on low , drying on airers.
    • Didn't go to corner shop to buy lovely wine that is on offer , think its lemsips for me .
Thats about it, enjoy the weekend everyone.
When it rains look for Rainbows
When its Dark look for Stars
  • Hello!
    Not a NSD ( there's a surprise..)
    • shopped for week ahead using meal plan to guide me
    • cooking tea now from above mentioned meal plan
    • heating off today (but will go on on a minute)
    • OH headed off to big smoke - let's hope it's not big spends too
    • did a mindful meditation - very soothing
    • used 'say no to 0845' to find alternative numbers
    • hokey cokey on (and off and on and off...:rotfl:)
    • now need to plan exciting evening - but will probably be early night
Hope everyone is feeling good and ready for the weekend
    Belle
    x
    Getting there...slowly! :D

    GC : must do better
    NSD: very rare

No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.

    Hello!
Super happy today as I have paid off the £300.98 outstanding on my horrible BMI Baby Citicard (29.5% apr ) using my 0% overdraft :j

So, total amount of debt now stands at £1009.65 and is all in one account at 0% which suddenly seems even more managable!

That was quite a big DFW thing to do, so my little ones have been:

    Free scratchcard today
Left over spag bol for lunch
Have checked online banking and worked out what I have left and where it is going for the rest of the month.

Have a good weekend all!
Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.
