I've been trying all day, tried the text route too but I'm getting nowhere.
I emailed and just received a reply telling me there is no problem on the website and just to try later 12 bottles of the stuff here and can't enter

I sent an email too as I wasn't having any luck with this one and got a reply that there was no fault or technical issues with the site and to try again - they have forwarded the email on to their technical dept anyhow apparently (wheres that rolling eye icon when you need it:p).

I was searching for the rolling eye too.

the problem I had with mine I realised, was that I was reading the code wrong, one of my numbers was a letter. It just kept saying to try later but when I changed a 0 to a letter D it went through fine .... no win though lol

My code does look a bit iffy, i'll try and have a play around with it, thanks raeh x

Ok, now I feel like an idiot:o - I rechecked my first code (the one I had been entering over and over again) and I was putting a G instead of a 6 - off to ring specsavers:p.

Gosh, I emailed complaining as well - any wonder I didn't win they have probably blacklisted me:rotfl:.
