Would like to add an Auto refresh option.
Looked at

Page Reboot
Auto refresh page
RebootEvery
Refresher

Any one got a favourite .... and why ?

I don't use it personally. I can see how it would be useful but 9/10 I'm usually posting and something which refreshes automatically would P me off big style.

I prefer to stick with good old F5

I know what you mean when posting autofresh realy hacks me off when you have typed a load in and voila back to square one. However i do use it for other things and like Firefox and ReloadEvery addon
