British Gas refuse to refund my money

Having had a battle with BG to change my business supply to Eon (they said I could not as I was under contract which I disproved),I am now having great difficulty in getting a refund of over £800 owed to us. Despite numerous phone calls and emails and contact with the energy ombudsman it would appear that we have to wait 8 weeks to receive payment.It is despicable that companies should be allowed to get away with it. On the bright side I am much happier with Eon. I can read their invoices and they only debit me for what I owe and they have saved me money.0
