Stocks don't go up in a straight line, this is a 10% correction I expected it a bit later but

One aspect of the story that's being side-lined at the moment: Sterling has been hammered almost as much as the Euro in forex (pound even fell against the Euro today!)

With the Chinese Yuan linked to the US dollar we'll see an influx of inflation over the coming months. Along with this morning's announcement of the highest raw material increases since RPI was ~5% the BoE are, yet again, looking foolish for their deflation propaganda.
