My heart is apparently two years younger than me. I left out my Dad's heart issue as it's nothing to do with atherosclerosis which is what I think they mean. His heart problem was due to being too fit!
I'm not happy at the possibility of Tesco getting access to this information and having it linked with my name and address so I won't be entering my clubcard details.0 -
I did the test only to find that my heart age is 20 years older than I am - WOW. Knew it would be bad --- but not that bad. Have printed out the advice given and hopefully I will be able to kick-start a more healthy lifestyle. Don't drink or smoke - it's overeating and not exercising which are my problems..( I have high blood pressure and high choleresterol as a result ) Hope I can work on getting my heart age down.0

Hmm, my heart age is 18 years younger than me! Although it sounds great, not sure if it could be that good. I know my cholesterol is very low (good) maybe that has a lot to do with it. Still not convinced it could be that good though.0

My results were a whopping 19 years older but I am putting it down to the fact that I've only just quit smoking this year and my Dads heart history. I'm much healthier and fitter after losing 5 stone last year...so no panic stationsmoneysaving wannabe0

Heat age 1 year older than me and BMI 27! I was expecting it to be much worse to be honest.
Didn't see where to claim the points first time through so I went through it again and noticed that as you get to the end a 'Clubcard' slides in from the left and you can click on it then. I think I clicked the 'done/continue' too fast the first time around. It's not very obvious is it?0 -
Thanks very much OP!!! Just did mine and it says I'd get the points! My heart is 4years younger than me0

Thank you Northern Lass for this useful post. I have just done the survey and my heart health is just 1 year older than I am, so I'm quite happy with that - and very happy with the extra points!!0
