Well, maybe no-one else is admitting theirs, but mine is a staggering 20 years older!! (I do have health problems, but...) :(((
Mine was a lot older as well, not over weight or anything so I blame my parents:(

    Thanks for this.

I am 50 and my heart is 1 year older than me. My mother had heart problems at 68 and I am overweight so this may be why. Would be interesting to see the change if and when I do lose weight.

Easy way to get clubcard points though!

  • Hi
I posted on page 1 that my heart is 2 years older, thought i would do it again using info from 16 months ago when i was quite abit lighter but did smoke this made my heart age 16 Years older!!
So it was well worth me giving up smoking even though ive put on weight!!
  • All the way to the end (got to the heart health plan) and no prompt for a Tesco CC number - am I too late?

No, I just did it and claimed my 50 points (thanks OP). On the page that tells you your heart age, there is a box bottom left that says 'click here to claim your points' :)

That's me and DH just completed the test (I'll tell him when he comes home from work!!!!!):rotfl:

Must remember to check for the 100 points on next statement :T

I did me fine, but when did hubbie at the end it wouldn't give me/him the 50 points because the club card no. had already been used.

    do you have seperate cards?
    thanks.
