Oh dear......he is a part of a super annuation scheme in work!!!
Well he is hoping to speak to his solicitor or his solicitors secretary tomorrow.....(sometimes she seems to know more about the job than the sol does!!) I rem her once saying that it was the longest divorce case in the office!!
Its a blooming nightmare!Baby no 5 due 10th Feb 2010Not very MSE:money:

As I stated earlier it appears she is committing benefit fraud. Any information/evidence should be passed on for investigation here:-

I see you are contemplating use of a private investigator; if nothing else the P.I. should be able to get you information which will lead to her being investigated and hopefully prosecuted.0 -
Right i have found out on the internet that......
yes she is entitled to spousal payments.....(tr**p)
My DP may have to pay for the child that isnt his!! (tra**)
she could be entitled to nearly a third of his wages (*ramp)
Even tho she is cohabiting.....the courts dont take this into consideration (tram*)
If she gets awarded these payments........they will affect her benefits!!
Also there is something saying that they look at her income and what benefits she gets......and if she loses out on H/B, prescriptions then its not in her best interests to be awarded spousal maintenance. So maybe that could be something!!
As she rents privately @£100pw
Child Benefit @£40pw
ctc @ £175pw (her middle child gets DLA)
CM @ £220 per month
IS @ £60 pw
Carers allowance @ £50 pw
£400 rent from the gov
£160 CB
£700 CTC
£220 child maintenence
£240 Income support
£200 carers allowance
TOTAL = £1920 PM!!!!!!!!!
She gets more than my DP does in his wages!!!!
Surely this isnt right!!?????
PLUS
she is Co Habiting with a guy, who works, and is self employed!!! (this is the one who she has the third child to)Baby no 5 due 10th Feb 2010Not very MSE:money:

I am so sorry that you are having to go threw this. I hope that the judge sees that this woman is a money grabbing bleep and tells her to go and jump. he clearly is there to support his children both in presence and financially from his hard earned cash. I wish you all the best in this case and hope she gets what is coming to her.“A house is made of walls and beams;a home is built with love and dreams.”2012 Challenge to buy most gifts and non essentials from money made online.:money:0
