Already Claimed Several years ago, can I claim again?

I already claimed for about £450.00 of bank charges several years ago and recieved a refund from the Halifax. Can I claim for further charges incurred since then?

    But whether you'll be so lucky this time to secure a refund is another question

    Yes absolutely, have you incurred a lot of charges since they refunded the £450.00?

  • When i claimed they told me it was a one time offer intended to help me out of the situation and that it wouldnt happen again but it might be a different situation for u

    I would say they could do with a hand on responding to the questions asked since we are all blindingly unaware of the answers(is Mystic Meg around to answer?)
