Rant About Bench

I order a top from Bench and delivery is usally 3-5 working days. 6 weeks later after several calls and emails they finally tell me the top is out of stock
Most annoying thing is I saw the top in their Bluewater store a few days after ordering it and thought about buying it and cancelling the order but decided it was too much hassle. Will stick to my instincts next time!

I would think that Bench would have a warehouse for internet purchases, they cannot simply take stock from stores....:beer:In My 'Permanant' Pre-Masters Gap Year

I am quite aware that stores have warehouses for internet purchases and I didn't ask them to take the stock from the store. If you read my post properly you will see that I was just saying I was annoyed with myself for not buying it from the store then cancelling the order.0 -
