3. This promotion opens for entries on 1 February 2010 at 13.00 (GMT) and closes for entries on 31 March 2010 at 13.00 (GMT) (the 'Promotional Period').
4. All correct eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be placed in a draw. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date specified above.
5. The first eligible entry drawn at random (the "Winner") will win a PSPTMgo and a PlayStation®Network Card ("PSN Card") which would represent £50 / €50 / the local equivalent value of credit that can be redeemed on PlayStation®Store. The next two eligible entries drawn at random (the "Runners-up") will win a PSN Card which would represent £20 / €20 / the local equivalent value of credit that can be redeemed on PlayStation®Store.
6. The Winner and Runners-up will be notified by e-mail within 10 days of the closing date and must claim their prize within 4 weeks of the notification. Prizes will be sent by post. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to send the prizes within 4 weeks of each of the Winner and Runners-up claiming their prize but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are sent later than this.
