Unable to log into any secure banking sites, page just hangs using AOL.
If I plug in my Vodafone Mobile Broadband dongle everything is ok and pages load fine.
Is it an AOL issue, I know they had issues a number of weeks ago but then everything was ok afterwards.

Are you using the AOL browser?
You can try following the instructions at http://help.aol.co.uk/cannot-access-secure-websites/article/20060831070009990036?n=collection&p=AOL%20Browser%20products_portal&c=help_portal which may help. The other thing is I know some ISPs restrict encrypted traffic, so AOL might be doing something odd. Could be worth contacting their tech support, but I don't know how helpful they are0 -

Instantly as it happens. I'd had trouble putting the football bet on for the guys at work, and also connecting to my work VPN. Although the AOL guy said their problems had nothing to do with me being unable to connect to the VPN, as soon as I changed the router settings I was able to get connected again.0 -
