Hi folks

PLEASE HELP

This is my first post :j I am in a bit of trouble with debt

i have been to the CAB and they told me to send a expenditure list to my creditors which i have done yet they are still looking into legal action

What is the best way for me to obtain a debt relief order????????????

Try popping over to the bankruptcy board.....lots and lots of info on DRO's over there.
