Everything I want to say is stated on the title. Screw them, they are really pushing me to my limit.
Don't know if anyone remember the trouble I had with BT few weeks ago. Well, as I was just settling in and thinking things are going to be fine... NOPE. Things are not fine at all. I called BT today because I still haven't received my contract through the post, which is something rather straight forward, shockingly, I found out the transferred my number back to my old number without my authorization. Yap, that's right, someone in Scotland did it om 29 Jan, I did not talk to BT on that day or anyone in Scotland.
Same as always, BT denied the responsibility, well, who else did it then? Oh yes, that's right, I broke into my own local exchange last night and did it when I was dream walking.
Now there is another risk my BB might go down and might have to be reconnected because of BT.
This time I said I will hold that person responsible and I expect a call back from them 2 managers who I spoke to and assured me things were going to be fine.
When is BT going to learn? Sooner or later, they will lose all their customer, because I think 95% of BT customers are with BT not because we are want the, simply because we don't have a choice.
