Zbot Virus - Online banking?

I have just tried to log into my online banking, and it kept saying my password or pin was wrong, so I called the bank to be told they had stopped my online banking due to them saying I had a virus on my PC.
Se said the virus is called Zbot...?
I have had no problems with my PC at all.
The bank said this is a sophisticated virus, and 'ordinary high street virus removers' will not work, and I should seek professional help to remove it?
I'm trying 'ordinary' virus scans now.
Has anyone come across this virus, and how can I remove it myself?

How do they know you have a virus, and that particular one?
You can be infected without knowing.

I've done scans with Spybot, Virgin Media PCGuard, & CCleaner, which didn't show anything. How do they know you have a virus, and that particular one?

I don't know how they know, they just said their software had picked it up or something.
I've downloaded the free version of Malwarebytes, and am going to do a scan in safe mode... see if that picks anything up.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
The only reason to run MBAM in safe mode is if it won't run in normal mode
running MBAM in safe mode doesn't allow it to load all the drivers it needs to remove difficult malware like rootkits and many trojans.
Safe mode also prevents a lot of malware from running which actually decreases MBAM's ability to detect it because MBAM is designed to look for active infections.0 -
Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
reboot
Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
