Getting rid of condensation

Hi everyone,

just after a bit of advice; I have condensation in 1 corner of my bathroom which has made the plaster look damp and also in 1 corner of my kitchen any ideas on how i can prevent this apart from keeping the rooms well ventilated and could i just plaster over the bad bits?

Best Wishes

    Ventilation is the best way of stopping it happening, do you have an extractor fan fitted ? If not one that works on humidity level would be a good option.

    Something like this would do;

    Are both areas on same part of house. Is one over the top of the other. If its not a ventilation problem have you looked at the outside of the house.

    Have you thought about getting a de-humidifier? Our condensation problem went away after starting to use a de-humidifier.
