Possible account fraud

Hi there,

New here so hope I am posting in the correct place, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Today I checked my bank account online to notice 3 transactions I know where not mine, firstly one of £200 to a php3 collection, then a second which was withdrawn into US dollars and a 3rd which is a charge for withdrawing into dollars. I called alliance & leciester who blocked my account, however they would not confirm to me what these transactions could possibly be or if they would return to my account any funds lost. Anyone had anything similar?

If you've told the bank that those transactions werent made by you, then they should cancel your card and investigate to prove the transactions are fraudulant and ultimately return the monies to you.
